Minimum duration stay for de-addiction is ADVISED 90 days and it may be
extended depending on the conditions of the client.
During their stay, clients are not allowed to go outside excepting when accompanied
by the centre staff.
Alter 30 days family member's visit is permissible during office hours in all the
working days in the presence of the centre staff.
Client have to maintain discipline during their stay. Otherwise disciplinary actions
may be taken.
The full fee for the whole duration will have to be deposited at the time of
admission. With the exception of medical emergencies this amount is non- refundable. The full amount will be forfeited in case of discharge before treatment
stipulated time.
Additional expenses incurred in case of indiscipline and breakage/damage of
Genesis equipment and medical expenses apart from detoxification and withdrawal
will be borne by the client of his/her family and/ or friends.
It is compulsory for all inmates that they have to do household or centre
chores/social work/vocational work as part of the total recovery therapeutic
package and abide to the prescribed schedule.
The authority may change the above terms and conditions at any time for rendering
better service in achieving its objectives .
Genesis wont take responsibility, liability, risk and consequences as may arise
during or after the said treatment and medication. Genesis shall not in any manner
and at any time be held responsible if treatment outcomes may not be satisfactory
even after best efforts of Genesis Healing Centre in good faith.
Genesis wont be responsible if the inmate sustains injury/fatality trying to escape
from the centre/trying to procure drugs or attempting to commit suicide or
consuming alcohol with disulfiram and developing fatal reactions or developing
unexpected side effects or rare complications while taking medicines for
withdrawal depression/psychiatric problem opportunistic infections due to HIV or
pre existing conditions.
